Custom platforms and web applications

Purpose-built systems for businesses whose workflows no longer fit spreadsheets, disconnected tools or generic software. Public-facing web experiences can be integrated where they support the operational product.

// Why Kokirikiri

Why work with Kokirikiri

Construction context, direct responsibility and a delivery model designed for useful long-term software.

01

Construction experience

The workflow does not need to be explained from first principles. Kokirikiri is built on first-hand construction and site-management experience.

02

Direct technical ownership

Clients work directly with the person responsible for understanding, designing and delivering the product.

03

Lean staged delivery

Start with the highest-value workflow, validate it in practice and expand the system as the requirements become clearer.

04

Long-term responsibility

Hosting, maintenance, improvements and support can remain connected to the original build rather than being handed between disconnected providers.

// Approach

From site problem to supported product

We take responsibility across workflow analysis, product design, development, deployment and ongoing improvement.

STEP 01

Understand the workflow

Map the people, information, delays and decisions involved in the work as it happens today.

STEP 02

Design the smallest useful change

Shape a clear first stage around the highest-value problem and make it reviewable before the build grows.

STEP 03

Build and validate

Develop the product in working increments, test the important paths and refine it against real operational use.

STEP 04

Deploy and support

Release deliberately, monitor the live system and keep maintenance and improvements connected to the original build.

// About

Construction knowledge meets product engineering.

Kokirikiri Digital is a Christchurch-based software studio founded by Rawikitua Isherwood, a construction site manager and full-stack developer.

We combine first-hand knowledge of construction workflows with modern software engineering to turn awkward manual processes into clear, dependable digital systems. Each engagement is led directly by the person responsible for understanding, designing and delivering the product.

// Workflow example

Turn a scattered site process into one accountable flow.

The value is not another screen to maintain. It is a clearer path from site information to action, with less re-entry and better visibility for the people responsible.

Modern development tools help us explore, test and deliver faster, while architecture, security decisions and releases remain deliberately reviewed.

01

Capture once on site

A clear mobile record replaces loose notes, photos and later transcription.

02

Apply the business rules

Required information, approvals and status changes make responsibility visible.

03

Keep office and site aligned

The same live record supports follow-up, reporting and operational decisions.
